About the Event

Join us this Sunday as we invite more ease into our life with a guided meditation and yin yoga practice lead by the amazing Adia Burns.  This is an opportunity to align our chakras to create more balance and harmony in our energy bodies.

Yin yoga is a gentle practice focused on stretching and holding poses to promote flexibility and inner peace.  

Reduce stress- long,  passive holds help to calm the mind and body

Improve flexibility - targeting connective tissues building long term flexibility and mobility

Balance energy - restoring balance to the body's energy flow

Boost Mindfulness- focus on breathing and present moment awareness  cultivating mindfulness
